Fill the form very carefully with correct personal data
State your time of birth as described on the right side of the field
Remember your password (at least 8 characters long)
Choose the type of account you want:
Standard Payment Solution Account: USD account
Elite Payment Solution Account: USD & EURO account + 2 savings accounts
Private Interest Foundation: Your own foundation in Panama
Price:
Standard Payment Solution Account: 85 usd opening fee and then 75 usd / year
Elite Payment Solution Account: 150 usd opening fee and then 125 usd / year
Private Interest Foundation: 1500 usd opening fee and then 850 usd / year
Select payment method: "Wire Transfer" or "Internal Transfer"
(Internal Transfer, if another Hatfield Oak customer/account holder is paying for your product)
State that you have read and approved the terms & conditions, press "Submit Application"
You have now received a 6-digit client number, this is also your login Username.
You have also received an internal account number to be used for internal transactions.

Print this page AND SIGN IT, also tic the box, stating you accept the terms and conditions

Choose language and max time of inactivity.
Fill in your username (6-digit client number) and your password
Press the button Submit
In your back office, choose “Deposit Request” under the link “Deposit” and follow the instructions given you.
You will shortly after (within 1 business day) receive all details in your CMS Inbox in a secure way.
(This information is usually given you in a downloadable PDF-file)
You will also receive a message when the funds have arrived, and are pending posting to your account.

Forms are as follows:
211A for Client Account This must always be filled out!!!
121A for Foundation
131A for IBC
Fill the forms online, print them and sign them.
Take all documents...
(for client account; copy of your passport + copy of your drivers license, the application form and the form 211A) (one ID-document is sufficient if stamped by Notary Public)

It is easy to make Internal Transfers; you only need the account number of the receiving part.
You MUST request a new invoice/wire instruction with a new reference number EVERY TIME you want to fund your own account.
